Leadership Team

Hirotaka HAMADA

Managing Director

Over 15 years of experience driving IT projects from strategic planning to full-scale implementation. Since 2014, he has been based in Singapore, leading numerous initiatives across the ASEAN region for the banking and retail sectors. His expertise includes core system modernization, data analytics platform implementation, and global rollouts, leveraging a unique dual perspective gained from both IT consulting and industry-side leadership roles.

Junji TAKESHIMA

Senior Director, Financial Sector

With a career spanning approximately 30 years at the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFG Bank) starting in 1994, he has extensive experience in core banking system updates and payment sector improvements across the U.S., Canada, and APAC. He specializes in end-to-end project delivery—from current state analysis and future roadmap development to system design and migration.

Kazuhiko KABE

Senior Director, Financial Sector

Spent approximately 30 years at SMBC, where he served as Head of the IT and Operations Planning Department for the APAC region, leading the establishment of regional branches and core banking system implementations. He later contributed to the launch of a new retail bank as Executive Officer and Head of the IT Department. His expertise covers a broad spectrum, from high-level strategic planning to meticulous requirements definition on the ground.

Yasuaki NEGISHI

Senior Director, Retail/Product/SCM Sector

Over 14 years of experience at Accenture leading global SCM, Marketing, and S&OP business transformation and DX projects across ASEAN, China, Europe, and the US. After that, leading business development for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), e-commerce/digital and logistics at Seven & i Holdings and Fast Retailing.

Hayato YAZAKI

Senior Director, Retail/Product/SCM Sector

For over 14 years, he has managed numerous IT projects in the manufacturing and logistics industries, primarily in China and Singapore, with a strong focus on Lean production methodologies. He also has a proven track record at a Japanese logistics firm in Singapore, where he spearheaded business process improvements and IT system implementations across the entire ASEAN region.

Takashi YANAGIHARA

Director, Retail/Product/SCM Sector

Joined Future Architect in 2014, where he specialized in IT strategy development and project management for major logistics companies. He holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and Waseda University. After joining the founding team of FGD, he has driven high-impact projects including core system renewals and data analytics platform overhauls for the retail sector.
